What it does
- Scheduling and shift tasks. Who works when, with the tasks each shift is expected to do, on the tablet and on their phones.
- Inventory counts and order lists. Count what's on the shelf by list and by day; see what's low and what to order from each supplier.
- Square menu and label printing. The menu and sold-outs come from Square; drink labels and tickets print at the stations.
- Staff text alerts. A text to the people on shift when something needs doing: a remake, the last hour, a printer out of paper.
- Customer history. Every customer's visits, orders and loyalty in one place, with texting to the ones who opted in.
Pricing
$299per location, per month
Billed monthly to a card on file, on the 1st. Start any day; the first bill is on the 1st of the next month. No setup fee. Sales tax added where required.
Included
- Every part of the app above, for everyone who works at the location.
- 3,000 staff text alerts a month.
- $80 of customer texts a month. More is prepaid at $0.02 a text segment, $80 at a time, good for 3 months.
- Help pages, and a person to email.

Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time by email. Service runs to the end of the paid month, and there are no further charges.
Monthly fees aren't refundable, except for billing errors. If something on a bill looks wrong, email us before disputing the charge and we'll sort it out.
